Mag-Tech is an enterprise under the supervision of the
former Institute of East China Computation Technique
Magnetic Record Research.It, supported by the former
Ministry of Electronic Industry and the Headquarters
of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,is the first
company in China specialized in the research, development
and manufacture of magnetic stripe units.With a registered
capital of RMB11 million, the company mainly carries
out the development of IC magnetic card read-write equipment,magnetic
record application systems and terminal equipment.
For over a decade since its establishment,in
order to keep up with the trend of computerization and
networking of banking service,Shanghai Mag-Tech,with
the support of China Torch Program and Shanghai Torch
Program,has independently developed and manufactured
successively a series of products,including bankbook
magnetic stripe read-write unit,dual-track magnetic
stripe read-write unit used by both bankbook and credit
card, IC card application terminal, compatible magnetic
card/ IC card application terminal, etc.The company
has been one of the hi-tech enterprises of Shanghai
since 1996.Its products have won various awards like
the Third Prize Scientific and Technological Advance
of Shanghai,the Second Prize of Excellent New Products
of Shanghai,Municipal-level New Product Prize of Shanghai,
Excellent Industry,University,Research Prize of Shanghai,and
so on.
In August 2000,the company had an assets
reorganization.It has since given more input into development
of new technology,human resources and capital.It has
by itself developed and manufactured in a large scale
the dual-track card units which adopt the technology
of soft coding and soft decoding,triple-track card units
with zero-track coding data anti-duplication function,
combined IC card and dual-track magnetic card units,bank
paper data processing equipment,peripheral equipment
and software of computer,and so forth.The products of
the Company are moving towards professional,diversified,and
serialized orientations,with their scientific and technological
elements enriched at a fast rate.
To better serve our extensive customers
and improve the management of product quality,the Company
managed to gain ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management
System certificate in 2002.Presently,the Company is
of reliable product quality and advanced technology
with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units.The
Company has set up an After-sales Service Department,
with maintenance stations established in Beijing, Guangxi,Shenzhen,Wuhan,Xi'an,Chengdu,Hefai,etc.,to
provide timely technological support and product maintenance
for our customers in relevant areas. |
